Moving to a 3 bedroom flat in Albox

I am in the process of purchasing a flat in Albox with A view to spend more and more time over the next few years till I retire and relax here more on a permanent basis. I would like to find out what the best way to transfer money to the solicitors bank account for deposit and completion. Also any ideas on handymen/ workmen who can fit kitchens and work on the electrics?
