Hi I saw this property for sale online and just wondering if anyone had information on the building or area I believe it's called the Nuevo Albox" Residential it looks too good to be true for the price
I will be grateful for any comments
this looks like it is way out of Albox on the side where the fire station is probably a bank repossession given the price tag.

I’m sure this came up some time ago in this forum. The buyers seemed very keen at the time. But a lot people were giving quite negative comments. Sorry don’t know anymore than that xx

Hi
We went to see one of these apartments in January last year. It was Bank owned. The agent and guy from the bank were having trouble opening the 'squatter proof' door and while they were trying, we decided not to bother and waited outside. Just didn't get good feel from the building. Everyone is different though....
