Spanish Healthcare System

Hi folks, we're planning to move to the area from our present home in France next year. We have S1's which currently entitle us to our healthcare coverage here in France. In a no deal brexit, if the S1's are not honoured we can continue in the French system as a right, because we're residents, for a nominal fee. Just wondering what arrangements the Spanish have made for those who rely on S1's in the event of a No Deal brexit. Thanks in advance.
