Medical help (post Brexit)

Hi
As posted on this site already my husband and I will be coming out to Almeria as soon a our house is sold. Our only worry at the moment is the cost of medical care s#for people over 65 should it be a No Deal Brexit. I was wondering if anyone who lives there already has made any provision for medical care should the reciprocal agreement between the UK and Spain be removed. Are we going to have to pay for visits to GP, prescriptions and Hospital visits. Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated.
