We take people from an I can't state of mind to an I can one.

Many clients have long term pain or illnesses, often including anxiety and stress. Most have lived with feeling different to friends and family for a long time. These feelings of not belonging can exacerbate (make worse) the pain, illnesses and anxiety.

Its a state of mind - really. Your mind has more control over how you feel and react than you probably realise. Modern medicine is based heavily on does it make money, your wellbeing comes second. Sure Doctors can be kind, their prescriptions and care offered will be dictated to by budgets and contracts with pharmaceuticals. We help you tap into your own mind and get it working for your own benefit, to increase health, reduce pain and anxiety and to be OK with who you are. Help you learn to live life your way, whatever that might look like.

I'm happy to share my story of how I came through the same process and now love life and am in full health, just comtemplating a seriously long distance run at the age of 47 when I was rubbish at PE at school and often got told off.
