Can anyone recommend purchasing solicitors

They always say, 'do not employ a solicitor in the town where you intend to buy a house'.

Hi, this stems from the fact that, especially in small towns, so many people are related to each other, and therefore there may be a conflict of interest, if problems arise. We went through two abogados before we successfully solved the problem with the estate agent that sold us our house, although I believe that this was more corruption, rather than family?

General rule is dont use a lawyer that the estate agents recommends. I have used Rianne in Oria would recommend.

We have purchased a villa in Partaloa and used Mario Redondo in Albox, he has excellent English and keeps you informed all the time. He also sorted out our Elec direct debits and informed council od Water and rubbish plus IBI.
