Estate agents are breacking the law of they advertise property without all proper paperwork. Local police do checks. We have a beautiful villa for sale. All legal, all paperwork in order. Use private messaging service to contact me.

So you are the only one selling a property that is honest? The rest must be crooks.

That's not what I was saying. Some was saying that estate agents will say a property is legal and not to believe them. I was saying estate agents are not allowed to advedtise property if it does not have all necessary paper work. I have my property with an estate agent. This is this first comment I have made on this forum, a very innocent comment and you seem to think I've said something horrible!!!! What's the problem.

Hi Keith & Peter,

I’m pleased they helped you and seen this review. I am also looking to appoint them as POA when the time comes but always nervous when you don’t know anyone who has used them nearby. I’m looking to buy around Chirivel.

I met Perez group at The overseas property show also seem A place in the sun have them on their website.

Thanks Vicky

Hi Vicky

We looked around Chirivel, but the property was too far off the beaten track. Chirivel has some fantastic carnivals and is a proper Spanish village. Hope you find your dream home.

Regards

Keith & Peter

Hi,

I was alslooking at this property and thought it was too good to be true.

Does anyone have any information on why it’s so cheap. I.e any legal/structural issues?

Any information would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Andy

Hi Andy,

I’m afraid I do not have any information on this property, but have wondered the same thing myself. Let’s hope someone comes forward with more info for you.

Does the property need any work?  What sort of an area is it in - are there pig farms, rubbish dumps etc nearby?  There may be a catch if it seems too perfect. Also, how has it been built?  If it's construction  is with brieze blocks, it will be freezing in the winter and boiling hot in the summer.  As there can be water problems in Albox in the summer it may need to have a supplementary water deposit which would need to be connectable to the house in case of summer water shortages and this involves using electricity.

On the other hand, the owner just may be desparate to sell for personal reasons.  Good luck with your search!
