Hello to all. I have my S1 form in with
Cats Services awaiting my Residency.
Can anyone tell me if I can still get the Pension Increases fro 2020 in this situation.
Am I just going to receive my basic pension amount. Many thanks. Terry

Assuming you mean state pension Yes you do. You should have received your pension increase from the 6th of this month. It’s automatic, check your bank or wherever it’s paid.
S1 has no connection to the amount of State Pension you will receive it is just a medical form to register on the Spanish system. You should have received a letter stating the amount of pension you will be getting from April 6th which is the end of the tax year in UK.

Thanks for all that...I was only concerned
that when in Spain and applied for the S1 form you only receive the standard amount
that is awarded to me. I was under the impression that you did not qualify for the yearly increases. But I was wrong.

You wont get winter fuel payments but why should we, its not that cold. Could ask for aircon fuel payments in summer😅😅
