We had a villa built, all legal. You could contact Almeria Homes, that's who we went through to build with in Limaria. In this region you will never be far from a Briton.

I’m glad that you have recommended Almeria Homes. We have been looking on their website and found many properties that seem to fit our requirements. We shall definitely look them up when we visit in November.

To try and reduce your fears of illegal builds and questionable estate agents, I can without doubt recommend Holmes from homes, based in arboleas, Neil and Bev with their professional team will guide and advise to alleviate your fears and complete your needs. They did for us.
