All new or newest builds should have. It came out in 1996 so my solicitor informs me. In just going through getting mine. It comfirms that the property is habitable and legal. I understand it will be asked  for more as time goes on. I think its worth checking it out before any purchase.

Just made an appointment with a lawyer during our September visit. I will be sure to raise this topic.

Yes be careful my Solicitor Mario who is in albox picked this one up for me. He is very good. He also noted on our deeds that they were not correct. as the owner had bought land which had not been added so the owner had to pay for this before proceeding. 5000.00.

In this case we gained extra land and value of the property. But uf it hasnt been picked up we would have ended paying for this if we sold the property
