Glad to hear about Arboleas because the boss and i have heard good things about it. Being a bit of a poncy home taught cook, living near a place that I've heard described as, "an agricultural area" appeals to my inner "James Martin." It would be just like living in Tesco........not! 😁

We're back to Spain in September to seriously start the move. UK house will be for sale, or even sold and we'll scout out exactly where we want to live, plus instructing un abogado. Cant wait.

We are currently using Amanda for our Zurgena purchase. Thoroughly recommend her.

If you like the heat, wind, and some rain then Albox, Arboleas fit that description, some of huecal Overa have loads of flies.

Hubby and I have recently bought in Cantoria lovley little town .Albox is great for all the things you require for the house.

Advice get a good Lawier also be aware  make sure house your buying has an AFO Certificate as these are being asked for more often now. If you need one dont let selleer say its not needed to buy house as thesee become more heard of your will have to aquire one on selling your property at some stage which could cost you around 5000.00 euros.make sure its in place first as part of the purchase. We will be moving out perminantly next June.but out inOctober is your out house searching.
