This will consist of gentle movement & breathing & will benefit your overall Health hugely.

I would be interested im getting a villa from mid november and looking for friends and relaxation and a social life do they have any salsa modern jive dance classes or zumba classes anywhere lol thanks Debra

I am currently teaching Relaxation & Yoga in Gympower, Albox.

If you can lie down & close your eyes, you can do my Yoga.

You are welcome to join me on Mondays & Thursdays at 9:45am & Wednesdays at 6:30pm.
