Morning what is the average 12 month cost of living in a 3 bed villa please approximate 30 mins from the coast. Thanks

Very difficult to work out. Have you a mortgage, are you renting, do you have solar panels, a swimming pool etc….

Yes of course. We will be buying with no mortgage or rent to pay.

Almost impossible to say but my ex's villa with pool, gas hob, electric oven, two fridge/freezers, rarely used aircon, with the water, electric, basura and IBI probably worked out approx. 4K per year.  Car/travel costs on top of that plus food and other shopping you may do.

Get solar panels. My monthly electricity bill is around 4 euro's per month. Another 140 euro a year for a load of Olive wood for the woodburner and that's my power bill for the year.  I don't live in Spain full time, but I couldn't see you using that much more power than me as I've built up over 300 euro in my solar wallet this year.
