When to pick my olives

Hi all

I have a number of olive trees but not sure when to start picking them.

Have read many sites but all give a different timescale ranging anywhere from September to march.

Some have already turned purple to black although some still green.

A number have already fallen to the ground

Also once picked where to take them ?

They are picking now. Apparently there is a pressing facility near Mora Oil on the Arboleas Poligono.

Hi,

i would wait until we have had the first rain. the time scale you already have is correct. As Bob says some are picking now but I do not think the almazara in Los Llanos is working yet so no hurry.
