Flys
Help we have just moved into a rural property in Albox and the amount of flys outside is unbearable. Anyone got any good tips to keep them away? You can’t even sit outside for one minute without being attacked.
Try a Venus fly tap works good for me her in England.

The only way to be fly free is to have an enclosure and a can of fly spray for the one that inevitably get in when the door to the fly free is opened. Lived out in the campo for 15 years, it's problem with living anywhere that is surrounded by farming land.

I second the enclosure idea but you should also buy fly traps. I live in an area of both high agriculture and sheep hearding (yes it says Vera Playa in my profile but I split my time between there and the Granada Altiplano). I use two traps one is the red top fly trap availabe at most Ferreterias' and the Fly Max available from Amazon. They stink to high heaven so you need to be able to place them away from areas you use.
You can also use a high powered fan ( the small wihte ones won't cut it) that oscillates. Not only keeps you cool but keeps the buggers at bay.
