We are considering taking up Residency in Spain. We plan on keeping our UK home and UK plated car in the UK for when we visit. Does anyone know if we can insure our car in the UK with a Spanish Driving License?

Not exactly sure about this but according to N332 your car should be registered and legal in the country of your main residence. You can however insure a UK plated car through a Spanish insurance company so may be worth checking. We use Liberty Seguros

Not sure where you are but Ben at Liberty Seguros in Albox is very helpful
We have our car, house and travel insurance with them and we are not residents yet
