Hiya we are looking at buying in Arboleas, Albox, Antas which woul you recommend for a detached villa and able to mix within the community please.

Hi it’s very subjective we live in Arboleas and can walk into the village which has most things you may need, but Albox is 10mins away or larger supermarkets and shops etc. most Villas in Albox are outside of the town, so a drive to shops etc. Arboleas is the village and again all villas are in various hamlets that have grown with the new building that took place. Some are walkable some not to the village. Put a list together of what is most important, the beach is 30 mins away the beautiful country side is on your doorstep.

Lived in Arboleas since 1992 and love it but "the coast 30 minutes away". Must get my S type to the garage, obviously something wrong with it?
always makes me laugh when they say 30 minutes to the coast from Arboleas even with the new roads
as for property in Arboleas just make sure it is legal or AFOd before you commit to buy

Lived in Arboleas 2 years and since the extension to the A7 Vera Playa is 30 mins away bet you’ve not been to the beach in years And we take it easy 90 km jog on!

for your info I live at the beach and lived in Arbo for 16 years and if you keep to the speed limits it takes more than 30 minutes to get to the beaches in Mojacar which are the better ones unless you are a nudist of course.
