My preference is Digi.  For one, they offer dedicated customer service in English.  Their prepaid plans are very good and you can change plans month-to-month as your requirements change.  You can choose a variety of packages from either the Unlimited or Combo.  Unlimited is unlimited national calls, Combo gives you a certain amount of minutes national and international.

Unused data rolls over at the end of the month.  The 10€ package gets you either unlimited national calls or 400 minutes national and international plus 10GB data that rolls over.

Digi are carried by Movistar, so have excellent coverage

Hello Dario,

Thanks for your info.

I will look at the link for Digi, so I'm interested in the prepaid and I only come here in the Autumn and Spring, so I learnt from Lycramobile that if you don't use the SIM within 3 months its deactivated and apparently its the same for DIGI? Is that correct in your experience?

In Ireland with Vodafone I have a SIM in my alarm on the house and to keep it active I have to top up every 6 months, is it the same with DIGI?

I’m resident here so use Digi every day, so can’t answer that question - you’d be best posing that question to Digi customer support
