Uk tv in spain

The system we have is via satellite and has the majority of the Freesat channels you'd get in the UK although annoyingly it can't get pickup Drama and Yesterday, I suspect because they have a much weaker broadcast. One of our freesat boxes is a Humax recorder. That's the upside. The downside is we have a 1.8m satellite dish which is needed for this but is much too big and ugly.  I suspect that in a couple of years I'll look to move to an internet-based or other system so we can lose the dish. Other ways of getting UK TV are also available but some rely on line of sight to a transmitter. You're probably best to contact several different companies to see what they can provide and get them to demonstrate the signal at your property.

Hi, TV is a bit hit and miss at present. We run an android box that runs Kodi which has recently seen a lot of things disappear but have just had one of the boxes reconfigured to run a fork of Kodi. We now have live TV back using IPTV on one of the addons, have most films and TV series back, we also have Smart DNS loaded onto our router which gives us access to catch up tv and we use an app called Mobdro which gives loads of channels. 

We do get the occasional buffering but overall we don't do too bad.

Apologies for using this thread to ask another question on the subject of getting UK tv. I have an android box and I am looking for someone who can load Kodi and other applications on to the box so that I can get uk tv. Any suggestions?

Hi, any of the people suggested on here can do it or you can do it yourself. You tube for loads of videos showing how to load Kodi, then you would need to load Paradox wizard. We have an older box so also loaded theblackboxmediacentre (TBBMC) which is a fork of kodi as we can't load the newer versions. The app mobdro will give you loads of channels including a lot of UK live TV. We also have Smart DNS loaded so we can access UK tv including catch up.
