iPhone mobile services-Lobster

I was with O2 and the service here was not good at all, in fact there was often no service. And CS were useless at times - EU directive and their fair use policy clarification was haphazard to say the least.....

I cancelled the contract and I've gone with Lobster - service is great, get all calls, texts and internet when needed.

PLUS (big plus!) customer services are reaally good and appear very well trained - Unlike the UK based one's where it often sounds like they sat down that morning off the street via an agency!

Last but not least - for a £tenner a month you get unlimited calls/ txts in Spain or the UK

I can second the recommendation for Lobster, great service and excellent value, have had to call them a couple of times and found to be very helpful and knowledgeable....

Lobster customer service is great, they talk you through things on the phone and are very helpful.
