Thank you

Personally I wouldn't use Lulu again, the dogs are taken off you, you never see the groomer just a guy that coming into reception to collect the dog, you aren't allowed to stay with the dogs, my dog came back very stressed. There use to be a groomer in the indoor Market  by the garden centre, dont know if still there, she was dutch and speak excellent english. You can see your dogs being groomed if you wish.

This is the first time I've herd anything negative about Lulu's, it's usually the owner herself that takes our dog in, and he goes to her like she's a long lost friend.

It's very sad that your dog was stressed, but the fact that getting an appointment at Lulu's can sometimes difficult, such is her popularity.

I can only tell you from my experience, and her 'popularity' could be because of a lack of groomers in the area. When the young man came out to collect my dog I asked to speak to the groomer and was told no I couldn't but he would pass a message on. Didn't give me much confidence.

Hanneke Veelward is the Dutch groomer who used to be at Los Llanos market.  She has a new doggie salon at the Desert Grass flower nursery on the N334.  You can make an appointment via Messenger on Facebook, or there are phone numbers on her page.

We wouldn't use Lulu's again and neither would our neighbours. Our dog was always stressed after being there. She had a 'nick' on the underside if her leg after one grooming. The last appointment we had the place was locked up without letting us know. Rude

The lady we use is English and she’s in Limaria.  She’s excellent and we wouldn’t use anyone else.  I can’t recommend Haneke!
