My friend Lynne is re-locating to the Almeria region in the next few weeks and will be expanding her business already operating in the UK and France.... to Spain.

" We are looking for motivated, bubbly people in the Almeria / Murcia Provinces to join our team at the start of next year.

Full or part time required. Working from home. Generating appointments on behalf of our Clients who are all UK based.

All our calls are business to business. So B2B experience a real advantage, although training will be given. Working Monday to Friday hours to suit, Fridays we finish at our time 4 p.m. English working hours are our 10 – 6 p.m. you do what hours you want to do and what target you want as explained below. Clearly you give yourself breaks and lunch hours.

The position entails working on the telephone from home (this is where your self discipline comes in!!) using Office Outlook and Excel systems from data supplied along with all in house working systems, contacting senior decision makers within UK companies on behalf of our Clients, engaging in conversation and, arranging appointments for our Clients, giving them the opportunity to quote for either the products, or the services they offer.  You will need to have a good clear telephone manner and able to work to the manageable set targets monthly to suit you.  You will need a sense of humour!!

Applicants will need :

Self-confidence,to be focused and persistent and,have a great telephone manner.

You will need to be computer literate in Excel and Office outlook.

You will need a Home phone! (a head set would be good so you can type information onto the data as you talk so no sore necks!!)

Remuneration (the bit you really want to know!!)

£50 per appointment. Plus bonus’s every quarter if targets are consistently met monthly. Targets can be as little as 10 appointments a month to 40 per month, your choice, you can increase the number of appointments to the levelyou feel you can comfortably achieve. As you grow into the job, we feel 30 a month is good, an average of 2 a day, so you work 3 weeks out of 4!! Some of our account holders have been part of our team for over 10 years now……….so it can be fun and relationships do build between the teams. We do and will in Spain have team jollies as we call them………lunches and nights out ……….here we come, the UK team and French are looking forward to their incentive week-ends in Almeria!! Just meet those targets………no more is asked!! This is a REAL job with lots of opportunities…..become a team leader as we grow in Spain along with team bonus’s for the best teams, and the Team Manager awarded accordingly……….show us what you can do!!
