Long term rental: 1 Bedroom Flat in Roquetas de Mar

Hi

I am considering renting a flat long-term  in roquetas de mar.  I am retired and live alone.  I do not have any pets. I am coming out to Roquetas again in mid September.  My plan was to start renting from next year but I understand that by then your apartment may be gone.  However, there is always a chance that it may be available.  It would be great if you could keep me in mind as a possible future tenant.

Yes the flat look very nice.  I have been to Roquetas De Mar many times.  I have one close relative who lives and works in       Roquetas  and has bought a small flat there, but of course I like my own space, so I prefer to rent a place on my own especially now that I am retired. I can send you my email address by private message if you ever require it.
