Looking to move to Mojacar soon! Would like to meet new friends! 🧘‍♀️ I love Yoga

Hi Paula, glad you love Yoga, you have a lot of choice - would you like to join us in Turre Tuesday’s and Thursday’s? or Vera Wednesday’s and Friday’s (more classes in Vera as from March) we have terrific groups and always welcome new people.

Ashlí, the instructor, is a qualified Naturopath, Qualified Yoga teacher and qualified deep tissue masseuse so you are in very very good hands :-D

Hi Paula. In reply to your post, when you get to Mojacar you are most welcome to come along to try a complimentary session with myself and my lovely Yoginis, at Sue Lewis Yoga ( see my Facebook page of the same name). I teach Yoga at Mojacar Sports Centre every Monday and Friday from 11.00 - 12.00. The sports centre in up in the Pueblo. It's easily accessible with a large car park immediately in front of the building.  If you have been to the Wednesday market you will know the car park. Do come along and try a session. Just introduce yourself to me when you arrive. The class is held in Sala 1, at the end of the long passageway leading from the reception area to the changing rooms. I provide all the equipment.  Afterwards, anyone who is free usually goes over the road for a drink at the little cafe there - so it makes a lovely morning of it. Hope to see you there soon. Could you please tell us if you think the class would be suitable for complete beginners, whether you have both genders in your class and would it be suitable for someone who has a bit of a bad back?

Hi Tony - yes, Yes and YES, definitely.  Ashlí will tailor the class to suit who is there and runs everything from absolute never-done-it-before beginners through to advanced Ashtanga practitioners.  She will always enquire after injuries and again will tailor class to suit

Class tomorrow night will be at GymExtreme, Calle Las Lavanderas, 5 in Vera (just down from Hotel Terazza Carmona and opposite the parking)

I’d encourage you to call / WhatsApp Ashlí on 643 102 335 to confirm attendance as she needs to know numbers beforehand
