Would like to meet a Garrucha Resident

Hello,

I visit Garrucha regularly and own a small property in the town.

Id like to meet someone who lives there full time whom I might ask a few favours from. Nothing too difficult or onerous.

Just need a helping hand when it comes to finding contacts into the local government departments and maybe ask to hold a spare set of property keys for me.

I'm married, I am 59 years old she is 54. 

Planning to be there for a week in September.
