I don't mean a property management company but a trustworthy and qualified person to perform a real technical inspection.
All I could find myself was https://inspecthome.es/ in Valencia.
Surely there are more, closer by.
I use to live in Valencia, and friends used an organisation that said they were surveyors, it turned out they were not and when problem with the house they bought came up this company just didn't want to know. It would seem in Spain their isn't a 'governing body' i.e. Trading standards, or an ombudsman for that particular trade. all they seem to have is a complaints book, which from experience goes no where.
I suppose asking at the town hall for recommendations might be an idea.
