I now have available, for long term let, my lovely townhouse on Mojacar Playa. The house is located in a quite but central part of the playa, on Calle Canada Aguilar, virtually opposite Hotel Continental.
Downstairs the property has lounge diner (with wood burner to keep you toasty warm in winter), separate kitchen, shower room with toilet. There are front and back patios - the front patio is large enough top provide off road parking. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms each with their own balcony, and a bathroom. There is a roof terrace that runs the entire length of the property and has lovely views to Mojacar Pueblo on one side and the sea on the other. The community has beautiful gardens and a larger than average pool. The property comes fully furnished (down to the last teaspoon!). The property has just been fully repainted throughout and is in excellent condition. NB. The property is strictly non-smoking. I accept pets by arrangement. This is a long term let property only.
