Can anyone recommend: Swimming Pool maintenance

We have a place near El Margen and we use Oasis Pool & Garden Services. Richard and Nigel are great and very helpful with plenty of contacts in case you need more than just pool maintenance. If you are new to the area, then welcome and hope you are enjoying life in Spain. And if you want a great place to eat, try the Monastery on the road to Albox about 3 km from los Cerricos.

We only use our place as a holiday bolt hole at the moment and will be over again at Easter.

Thanks for that I will give them a call.

We have been a few times whilst sorting things out and have tried the Monastry and as you say it was great.  I am close enough to it to be able to cycle there and back so looking forward ti it.

We pick the keys up Monday and like you will be using it as a holiday bolt hole for the first couple of years but hope to get out once a month.

Longer term we will be spoending several months at a time out there.

Have you thought about a lock box (like a little safe) that bolts to an outside wall? One with a number pad. Any ferateria. You keep a set of keys inside and only give combination to those you want to have access.

We have one for visiting family & it works a treat.

If we had your e mail on pm could send a photo if of any use. We obtained ours from Ferateria Lopez in Mojacar but maybe Longo or even the Longo 2nd hand place where I saw one 2 weeks ago. You may be aware of certain instances of key holders making inappropriate use of properties in their care; this avoids such concerns. Bob
